A deposit of $300 will guarantee your seat, and is refundable until April 3rd, when the balance of the trip is due. We recommend your consider a Trip Insurance investment (usually about $120 per person, AAA offers a good package) to provide for a return of your trip payment in the case of sickness, etc. After full payment in April, any potential for cancellation reimbursement is subject to the trip re-filling to its maximum 50 people per coach, and subject to change fees at the minimum.

Currency: The Euro is worth about $1.20. We recommend buying your euros after you've arrived. There are ATM's all over, which accept US credit and debit cards. BE SURE to let your credit card company know you'll be traveling to Ireland, or they might turn down your transaction in the name of fraud prevention. All restaurants and most pubs take credit cards.

Gratuities: Generally bartenders do not expect tips. If you get to know them a little, it's nice to leave something. Waitresses, however, DO count on tips, and 15% is normal nowadays. Our driver, the lovely David, also depends on your tips. We require a minimum of 30 euros per person tip for Dave, which you can give to him personally on the last day of the trip. Don't be embarrassed about giving him more, he's worth it!
